Refund policy

Returns
At Chitramma’s Secret Recipe, all purchases are final. Due to the nature of our products and small-batch operations, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Once your order is placed, it’s yours to keep.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch by writing to us at chitrammassecretrecipe@gmail.com.
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.
Please note:

• Orders placed before 1 PM on business days are usually dispatched the same day.

• Orders placed after 1 PM are dispatched the next business day by 1 PM.
  So please reach out as early as possible in case of a cancellation request.
  If the order is already dispatched, the shipping fee will not be refunded.

Exchanges
In the rare case that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with details and photos. Once verified by our team, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
For any other exchange concerns, do write to us—we're happy to help wherever possible.

Note: All concerns must be raised within 30 days of the date of the order. Requests beyond this period will, unfortunately, not be considered.
